Are Make it Mandy's baked goods and dishes homemade?
Yes. Every item is homemade with fresh ingredients, no preservatives and are made to order. That is why Make it Mandy requests a
minimum of 72 hours to process your order to ensure that you receive a fresh product with every order.
Can I order something that isn't on the menu?
Yes you can. If you do not see what you want on the current menu or seasonal specials please do not hesitate to contact Make it Mandy
and ask. You will receive a response within 24 hours to let if you know if your request is possible to fulfill.
Can I place an order after the 72 hour deadline?
If you have a rush order please contact Make it Mandy at or (330) 333-0077 to see if your order can be
fulfilled. Please be aware there will be an extra fee for rush orders.
When do I pay for my order?
All orders MUST be paid in full before they will be processed. Your date and order are not secured until payment is received.
Do you make specialty items?
Yes we do! Certain items on the menu can be made to accommodate gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan lifestyles. Some desserts
can also be made with a sugar substitute. Please contact Make it Mandy at or (330) 333-0077 for specialty
orders. There is an additional fee for specialty orders.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
Make it Mandy does not accept checks or money orders. All payments are processed through Paypal. You can make a debit, credit card
or bank account transaction safely and securely, even if you do not have a Paypal account.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery can be made available, in the immediate Cincinnati/Dayton area only (15 mile radius). Please be aware there is an additional
fee for delivery.
Can you ship my order?
No, not at this time. However Make it Mandy plans to add shipping in the near future so stay tuned!

your special occasion.
